Many candidates have expressed concern that following the horrific events of September 11th, that SPs and other CSA staff would be biased against them during assessments. This is a particular concern of candidates from South Asia and the Middle East. However, we have NOT received any feedback to suggest that this is the case. All our candidates that took the CSA on the day of the tragedy and afterwards did not report any animosity towards them from the SPs or other staff. We suggest that candidates take the CSA when it is suitable for them and not worry about any possible prejudice.
If we receive any reports to the contrary we will inform you and the ECFMG.
